🧭 Overview
The Order History section allows you to search and review orders at the product level over a selected time period.
Unlike Account History, which provides an overview per account, this section focuses on individual items ordered.
It is ideal for:
analyzing product performance
tracking sales volumes
understanding customer purchasing habits
⏱️ Filtering by Date Range
To view order history:
Select a start date
Select an end date
Apply the filter
The system then displays all orders for the selected period, detailed item by item.
Available information includes:
product names
quantities sold
total amounts
VAT estimates

This section is particularly useful for:
identifying best-selling products
anticipating and adjusting inventory levels
detecting consumption trends
comparing performance across different periods

The VAT amounts and totals displayed in the Order History section are provided for informational purposes only.
They:
are based on internal calculations
have no legal value

For official figures and tax reporting, only signed VAT receipts generated by the POS system should be used.
