🧭 Overview

The Analytics section of the Back Office provides visual reporting tools and historical views to help managers analyze the establishment’s performance over different periods.

It enables, in particular:

  • monitoring business activity

  • analyzing trends

  • supporting operational decision-making


🧾 Account History

The Account History view displays all account-related activities over a defined time range.

Available data includes:

  • opened and closed accounts

  • payment methods used

  • VAT estimates

  • overall transaction volume


⏱️ Filtering by Date Range

You can define:

  • a start date

  • an end date

to filter accounts opened during a specific period.

Once the filter is applied, a visual report is generated, showing in particular:

  • the total number of transactions

  • the breakdown by payment type

    (cash, card, complimentary, etc.)

  • the VAT estimate per transaction

The VAT amounts displayed in the Analytics section are provided for informational purposes only.

They:

  • have no legal value

  • must not be used for tax filings or certified accounting

For official reporting, only signed VAT receipts constitute a reliable and compliant source.
