General Overview

The User Settings page displays establishment information and provides access to local POS configuration options, printer diagnostics, interface settings, and application-level actions.

Some information is read-only and comes from the administration panel, while other options apply only to the current device.


Account and Organization Information

This section displays read-only information related to the organization.

Displayed fields:

  • Account username

  • Account type

  • Organization ID

  • Organization name

  • VAT number

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Website

All values are retrieved from the organization configuration in the administration panel.

Changes must be made in the administration panel and are automatically reflected in the POS.


Printer Settings

Local Printer Settings

This section allows you to check printers configured on the local network.

Available actions:

  • Print test

    • Sends a test receipt to all available printers

  • Print test (User printer)

    • Sends a test receipt only to the printer assigned to the logged-in user

Displayed information:

  • Local printer IP address

  • General log printer IP address

This section is intended for configuration validation and troubleshooting.


Interface Customization (UI)

Controls how the POS interface is displayed on the current device.

Available options:

  • Force light mode

    • Forces the application to use the light theme

  • Simplified products

    • Displays products in a simplified layout showing only:

      • Product name

      • Product price

  • Product background colors

    • Applies the color defined in the administration panel as a full background on product tiles

Changes are applied immediately.


Kiosk LED

This section is used when a kiosk LED system is connected.

Displayed fields:

  • Kiosk LED

  • Kiosk LED IP address

These values define the network configuration for the LED device.


Application Information

Product Synchronization

  • Refresh new products

    • Clears the local product cache and retrieves the latest product and product group data from the server

This action ensures that newly added or modified products are properly updated on the device.


Application Version

Displays the currently installed POS application version.


Device Information

Displays device-specific information:

  • Serial number

  • Manufacturer

  • Brand

  • Operating system version

This information is useful for diagnostics and support.


System Actions

  • Open settings

    • Opens the device system settings (Android)

  • Close application

    • Closes the POS and returns to the device home screen

  • Log out

    • Logs out the current user and returns to the login screen
