Service History
The Service History section allows users to view and print information for the current service and previous services directly from the POS.
This section is intended for on-site reference and receipt printing.
Current Service (Service X)
For the currently open service:
A blue printer button labeled “X” is available
Tapping this button prints a Service X receipt
The receipt contains information related to the active service
Previous Services (Service Z)
For closed services:
A blue printer button labeled “Z” is displayed
Tapping this button prints a Service Z receipt
Each Service Z corresponds to a completed service
Usage Notes
Printed Service X and Service Z receipts are intended for summary and accounting reference
This feature does not replace reporting tools
For detailed service data, analysis, or exports, users should refer to the Services section in the administration panel
