Floor Plan Configuration
The Create / Edit a Floor Plan option, accessible from the Menu, allows users to visually arrange tables for use on the main page.
This page is used solely to place and assign tables that already exist in the system.
💡 Prerequisites
Tables and table areas must be created in the administration panel via the Tables page.
If no tables exist, it will not be possible to place or assign tables in the floor plan editor.
Drawing the Floor Plan
Selecting the Table Area
⚠️ Important
If the venue uses multiple table areas, the correct area must be selected before drawing the tables.
If no area is selected:
All tables will be assigned to the “All” section
No separation between table areas will be applied
Placing Tables
The floor plan is created using the following process:
Select a table shape from the left side of the screen
Tap once to activate the shape
Tap anywhere on the right side of the screen to place the table
The selected shape remains active, allowing multiple tables of the same shape to be placed
Select another shape at any time to continue drawing
Deleting a Table
If a table is placed by mistake:
Deselect the active table shape by tapping it again
Tap the incorrectly placed table
A trash icon appears
Tap the icon to delete the table
Saving the Floor Plan
Once the drawing is complete, tap Save in the bottom-right corner
Saving locks the layout and enables table number assignment
Assigning Table Numbers
After saving the floor plan:
Select a drawn table
Available table numbers appear on the left side
Assign the correct number to each drawn table
Each drawn table must be linked to an existing table in the administration panel.
Activating the Floor Plan
Once the floor plan is complete:
The application must be restarted
After restarting, the Floor Plan button appears at the top of the Tables section on the main page
The floor plan can then be used to visually select tables when taking orders
