The login page is the first screen displayed when the application is opened after installation.

It allows you to:

  • Associate a device with a specific account

  • Define the role and behavior with which the device will operate within the establishment

Account Details

Device accounts must be created in advance via the Users page in the administration panel.

The type of account used during login determines how the application will operate on that device.

Main User

Logging in with a Main User account assigns the device as the main digital POS terminal.

This device is responsible for:

  • Taking and managing orders

  • Sending orders to all configured printers

  • Connecting to a payment terminal (if configured)

  • Connecting to a cash register (if configured)

A Main User device is required for the full operation of the system.

POS User

Logging in with a POS User account assigns the device as an additional point of sale.

This device can:

  • Take orders in parallel with the main POS terminal

  • Send orders to printers

  • Connect to a payment terminal and/or a cash register, depending on the configuration

POS User devices operate in coordination with the main POS terminal.

Server User

A Server account is used to identify employees individually.

This type of account is generally:

  • Used with a personal PIN code

  • Deployed on smaller devices such as smartphones or secondary terminals

Server users allow tracking of order creation and payment operations per employee.

PIN Code

Employees can be identified using a PIN code assigned to their user account in the administration panel.

When a user logs in with a PIN code:

  • Orders created or processed are associated with that user

  • This information is recorded and available in the administration panel

  • Activity tracking enables staff accountability and report generation

Quick Login (Saved Account)

After an initial login on a device, the account information is stored locally.

Upon logout:

  • A quick login button appears in the top-right corner of the login screen

  • Tapping this button allows reconnection to the same account

  • There is no need to re-enter full credentials

This feature is designed to speed up account switching while keeping the device linked to its assigned role.

Account information may expire after a certain period, disabling quick login and requiring a manual login.
